Refund policy
ANNK — Return & Exchange Policy
At ANNK, each pair of shoes is made to order individually for every client. For this reason, we do not offer refunds as part of our standard policy. However, we understand that sizing can sometimes be challenging, and we are happy to offer size exchanges.
Returns
Returns are accepted only for the purpose of a size exchange.
We do not accept returns for refunds.
In exceptional cases, refund requests may be reviewed individually at our discretion.
Exchanges
You may request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, in perfect condition
- Returned in original packaging
- With all labels intact
Each exchanged pair is produced individually and follows the same production timeline as a new order.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, including:
- Return shipping to ANNK
- Shipping of the exchanged pair
Delivery & Product Inspection
Once your order has been delivered, you must inspect the shoes immediately upon receipt and on the same day of delivery.
If you believe there is any issue with the product, you must contact us immediately with clear photos via email or Instagram.
Requests regarding product issues made after the first day of delivery may not be accepted.
Exchange or refund requests related to product condition are only possible if the issue is reported immediately after delivery with supporting photos.
Important Notes
- Items purchased on sale (15% off or more) are final sale and not eligible for exchange
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our conditions

Please note that customers are responsible for generating and covering the cost of the return shipping label.
