Once your order is confirmed, production begins the next business day. Please note that payment is processed automatically at the time of purchase.

Because we take time to ensure quality and precision, production can take 7–20 business days, depending on the complexity of the style and order volume.
Shipping usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

We kindly ask for your patience — our team is small, and every pair is made with care and intention. We understand the excitement, but there’s no need to follow up unless your order has been in production for more than 20 business days.
